Description
Create a dataset with one or more sampled vector fields. With no input file,
create the requested number of columns and initialize vectors to their
specified values. With an input dataset, copy its schema and columns, then add
or initialize the requested vectors. Vector length and sampling defaults are
inherited from the first input vector when available.
